Audi A3 Air Con Fan Not Working

Hi there i m having same problem on my audi s3 2010 plate calling for heating on climate control unit but fan not kicking in i stripped out glovebox on saturday morning tested for voltage at fan no power there so breaking down before fan i could physically see all the flaps and coggs turning under the dash but fan would not kick in put it all back together but still none the wiser annoying.
